I wish it would stay on the expert level instead of restarting to beginner each time I open the app. Its soo frustrating!

Sometimes shows 2 instead of 1

I like the game, but you never know if you have pressed hard enough on the bomb. Its frustrating when youre almost finished and you have to start over again.

Ive been playing this game since I got my phone over 2 years ago. It has been a good distraction to waste time every once in awhile. I think that its annoying that the game is not based on pure logic. You cant always figure out where the bombs are based on the numbers around it, which makes for a lot of this game being pure luck. I decided I could live with that, but I finally had my suspicions confirmed that the game is faulty at times. Without a doubt there was an illegally placed bomb in a game I just lost. I had thought that had happened in previous games before, but couldnt be 100% sure. Now I am sure. Guess I cant complain too much about a free game (as that often annoys me to see "over reactive" bad reviews on free products), but a free game still should play right.

For the last 2 games Ive played it has shown a 2 when it should have shown a 3. Which of course completely ruins the game. This apps needs to be sorted out before its worth using. Uninstalling now.

Landscape mode cuts off bottom half of game in expert and above with no way to scroll! Removed ads but lobotomies game.

Program errors on every board, someone needs to learn what 1 means!

- Always starts with a partially completed game from the past burned into its memory. Cant seem to undo that. - frequently blows you up in "flag" mode - how many times do I have to press a box before it will open?

The game works like it should with the exception of one bug Ive come across since buying the full version. When completing a game on expert, it does not prompt and record my time (Im well under the time limit). Also, while not a bug, it is annoying that the game generates cases where you are required to guess which space a mine is in (think the very last mine with two adjacent unopened spaces to choose between). It appears the game may take a moment to think on the larger grid size, as well, but that very well may just be me. Overall, the game performs like you would expect from minesweeper on the pc with useful features like adjusting grid dimensions and square sizes. Would definitely suggest for anybody needing their minesweeper fix or just something to waste time.

Its pretty good but theres a bomb incorrectly placed sometimes. I will have a number 2 touching 2 bombs already but also touching another. Needs fixed. (Does the same with other numbers too.)

UPDATE: the major issue I stated has been fixed, but the second issue is now mor of an annoyance than an issue. I now have encountered another problem that I never thought that I would notice. Ive played the same 30x16, 99 bomb board AT LEAST half a dozen times within the last two weeks, with screen shots of the last three games and shots of all the flags marked before I started removing the remaining blocks. (I cant send pics to developer since theres no contact information.) So far this is only happening in the iPhone version, but it will probably happen on the iPad at some point. ************************************************** I have one major issue. I dont like having re select the difficulty level every time I stop playing for a few hours. The app starts up like Ive just installed the app for the first time. Another issue that Ive had is I cold be playing in flag mode and just a lite brush of my palm against the flag button turns off the mode and makes me lose the game. The player cant tell if the flag mode is on or off. Fix these issues and the game would be worth 4 or 5 stars.

Bought this because i liked minesweeper and played it on my desktop all the time but i needed to find some thing to do for a 3 hour layover and the just passed by fast

There is no way to compete with other people. I have a great score but I cant compare to others. :(

I love this game. I think I have a record for fastest beginner time (1 second) I rate this four star because it still glitches out a few times.

I love this game, and this app is great for when I get bored, but on iOS 7, when I beat my high score, theres nowhere to type it when it says "You have the high score, type your name." Also, I bought the expert and customs levels on my iPad, but theres no way for me to get them on my iPod, and I deleted and reinstalled the game on my iPad, so I cant even play them on it anymore. Please fix this, because Im really upset that I paid for more levels and cant even play them.

This minesweeper is the best available minesweeper in the AppStore and is definitely worth the in app purchase of what ever it is. Ive used it for so long that I cant even remember. Its very iOS friendly too with tweaks to make playing on your phone easy. Highly recommend.

Update: Finally, got the purchase restored! Updated to 4 stars. I love the game, but I made the in-app purchase of additional levels on my iPhone, and the app cant restore them onto my iPad. And email to the developer comes back as undeliverable.

I love the game, but I have a problem with the In-App Purchase. The developer’s website is hosted on Google Sites (and is down) and the support email address returns a delivery error. I cannot in good conscience recommend an unsupported game.
